“I define connection as the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.”
― Brené Brown
My work bridges developmental, neurological and clinical psychology and is aimed at helping individuals understand both their strengths and challenges. Whether as you've grown and encountered difficulties and received a label (Autism, ADHD, OCD, DD, LD), whether you haven't and believe that it would be nice to pin down an explanation, or whether you are just wanting to target difficulties and learn some strategies to help, I'm here to step in and take the next steps with you.
